摘要
本文介绍了电火花交错展成加工技术在小模数渐开线齿轮制造中的应用。该工艺具有与电火花顺序展成加工相同的良好加工柔性;并不受齿轮模数、压力角变化所局限;电极制造简便、精确;改善了放电加工的工艺条件;更有利于微型齿形及特殊齿形的制造。文中提出了交错展成比的概念,分析了成形过程,给出了电极尺寸计算公式。通过加工试验,证实了该工艺的实用性。加工精度、表面粗糙度、加工速度都符合生产要求。最后,提出了扩展这一工艺实施范围的设想。
This paper presents the use of the sparkerosion staggered generating technology in manufacturing of involute gears with small modules (EDM).This process technology has same well machining flexibility as one of spark erosion sequential generating,and it is not limited to change of module or tooth profile angle.Besides, the electrodes may be made simply, conveniently and accurately.The process condition of the spark erosion staggered generating has been considerably improved, which is favorable for manufacturing of gears with miniature and special tooth profile. In this paper, concept of staggered generating ratio has been put forward,the forming process has been analysed,the calculate equation of the electrode dimension has been given.By machining experiment,practicality of this process has been confirmed.Machining precision, surface roughness, machining velocity meet the requirements of product. Finally,assumption of extending process operation scope has been made.
