摘要
本文以全国百强县之首昆山为案例,探讨了利用外资与区域自主创新之间的关系。根据昆山的发展经验,利用外资为昆山的自主创新打下了坚实的基础。因此,昆山应该进一步深化对外开放,在对外开放中不断加强自主创新。
Taking Kunshan City as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between foreign capital utilizing and independent innovation. As for the experiences of Kunshan City, foreign capital utilizing lays the foundation for the independent innovation of the City. Thus Kunshan City should open to the outside world more deeply, and strengthen independent innovation at the same time.
