摘要
针对高校图书馆文献资源建设中存在的重数量轻质量、重内容轻形式等问题,提出应坚持"为用而藏,以用定藏"原则,并加强图书外在质量的审查和提高编目质量。
Aiming at the problems of attending the quantity and despising the quality, attending the content and despising the form for literature resources construction in university libraries, the article points out that the principle of collecting for using and collecting based using is should be insisted on and strengthen checking the external quality of books and improve the quality of cataloging.
