摘要
开发了一种用于挤压铸造数值模拟的前处理程序,成功应用于挤压铸造壳体的前处理网格剖分。研究了OPen-GL图像处理关键技术,实现了图像的快速绘制,消除了"隐线",得到了优质图象显示。采用"微颤动法"偏移了奇异点,并修补了STL文件的"孔洞"缺陷,实现了对实体均匀网格剖分离散化处理。网格剖分结果表明,该前处理系统是可靠、有效和实用的。
A pre-processing program for numerical simulation of squeezing casting was developed,which was successfully employed to the pre-processing mesh generation of a squeezing casting housing. Through developing key technologies for treatment of OpenGL image to rapidly draw the image and eliminate the hidden lines,the desirable image was visualized. Through micro-vibration method shifting odd point to modify the hole or cavity defects in the STL files,discrete treatment of uniform mesh generation in the housing was realized. The results verify that the pre-processing program exhibits reliable and effective and available.
