摘要
用高压催化氨化法合成了聚醚胺,研究了反应温度、反应压力、反应时间对反应转化率的影响。研究结果表明,在催化剂加入量(w)为8%、氢气初始分压为1.0 MPa、反应温度220℃、反应压力13.5 MPa、反应时间4 h的条件下,聚醚氨化制聚醚胺转化率达到97.5%。通过模拟试验和台架对比试验测试了聚醚胺的清净分散性能。结果表明,聚醚胺不仅能有效地清洁发动机进气阀部位沉积物,而且能抑制燃烧室沉积物增加。
A kind of polyetheramine was synthesized by high pressure catalytic amination. Effects of the reaction conditions such as temperature, pressure and time on conversion were investigated. Results showed that under the conditions of a catalyst dosage of 8 %, a reaction temperature of 220 ℃, a pressure of 13. 5 MPa and a reaction time of 4 h, the conversion of polyether reached 97.5%. The obtained product was characterized by FT-IR, and the dispersion and detergence of the product were tested by simulated experiments and bench scale engine test. Results showed that the prepared polyetheramine possessed good detergence performance, not only the deposits on engine intake valve could be removed, but also the deposition of smoke in combustion chamber was suppressed effectively.
