摘要
针对计量确认体系有效运行时测量设备校准间隔确定的问题,分析归纳了目前国内外常用的校准间隔分析确认工程化方法,并从测量可靠性、统计过程控制和贝叶斯理论应用三个方面对各种方法给予了描述。通过分析表明,各种校准间隔确认方法都有其优缺点,关键是要结合测量设备使用具体要求选择适合的校准间隔分析方法。
Aimed at the question that how to determine measurement equipment calibration interval on metrological confirmation system, some current calibration interval analysis methods at home and abroad were discussed. According to the measurement reliability, statistical process control, bayes method, each method was discribed. The analysis results show all calibration interval analysis methods have merits and defects. The calibration interval analysis method selection must take the specific application requirement of measurement equipments into consideration.
