摘要
全球金融危机爆发后,民营企业集资犯罪案件呈现出发案率高、涉案金额高、受害对象多、危害性大的特点。中小企业贷款难、资金缺口、对非法集资监管和打击不力是此类案件高发的主要原因。应从完善投融资载体、提高企业管理水平、规范行政行为和加大打击力度等方面加以防治。
After the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the private enterprises show Characteristics like： high incidence rate of cases, large involving amount of money, a large number of victims and huge harmfulness. Hard SME loans, big capital gap, the ineffective illegal fund-raising supervision and investigation are the main causes of the high incidence, so we should prevent from improving the investment and financial carrier, raising the enterprise management level, standardizing administrative activities and strengthening the investigation intensity.
