摘要 油脂是一种重要的高能饲料原料,在整个饲料配方成本中占有很重要的比例,因此,准确评价油脂的代谢能值就显得尤为重要。油脂代谢能值的评定受诸多因素影响,导致油脂代谢能评定结果变异较大,油脂也成为代谢能最难评定的饲料原料之一。作者综述了影响油脂代谢能值评定的因素,以期为今后评定油脂代谢能提供参考。 Both fats and oils are essential high-energy feedstuffs in broiler diet, and play an important proportion of the feed cost. Therefore, it is great significant to evaluate ME of the fats or oils accurately. There are many factors affecting ME of fats and oils, and arose great variability. The present review introduced and discussed the factors affecting evaluation of ME for fats and oils in broiler diets.
