去甲肾上腺素对神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的促进作用

PROMOTING EFFECT OF L-NOREPINEPHRINE ON CHOLINESTERASE ACTIVITY OF CULTURED NEURONS

摘要 鸡胚脑神经细胞培养的第5天给去甲肾上腺素(NE)2μg/ml,培养第10天的神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性为对照的2.3倍,且较对照提前3天达到高峰。在神经细胞培养的第5天同时给 NE2μg/ml 和人参皂甙87μg/ml 时,第7天的胆碱酯酶活性为单给 NE的190.7%。氨甲基喋呤能明显降低神经细胞的胆碱酯酶活性,NE 能减轻氨甲基喋呤对神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的降低。初步认为 NE 促进培养神经细胞胆碱酯酶活性的增强是因为它促进了神经细胞的成熟和胆碱酯酶的合成。 The effect of norepinephrine on the cultured neurons isolated from chick embryonic brain was studied.The activity of cholinesterase of the neuron cultures with or without norepi- nephrine(2μg/ml)was detected on different days in culture.When norepinephrine was added at 5th day in culture,the activity of cholinesterase increased more rapidly and reached the peak at 10th day in culture.When norepinephrine(2μg/ml)and ginsenoside(87μg/ml)was ad- ded at 5th day to the culture,the activity of cholinesterase of the culture increased higher at 7th day than that only with norepinephrine. When methotrexate,the inhibitor of mitosis,was added,the activity of cholinesterase of cultured neurons decreased,and the inhibitory effect of methotrexate partially alleviated by norepinephrine.The possible mechanism of the effect of norepinephrine was discussed.
