摘要
通过实验研究了恒电流法制备聚(3-甲基噻吩)(P3MT)修饰玻碳电极的最佳聚合条件,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备的修饰电极进行了表征。利用最佳条件下制备的聚(3-甲基噻吩)修饰电极,研究了多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,并建立了多巴胺的电化学测定方法。实验结果表明,用该方法制备的修饰电极比用循环伏安法(CV)和恒电位氧化相结合制备的电极性能更好。
The poly (3-methylthiophene) (P3MT) modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by galvanostatic deposition at the optimal conditions and characterized with scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The electrochemical behavior of dopamine (DA) at the P3MT modified electeode was investigated and the electrochemical method for the determination of DA was established. The results show that galvanostatic deposition of P3MT film could produce better electrochemical activity compared with the method of cyclic vohammetry combining potentiostatic deposition.
