摘要
在教师发展学校建设过程中,形成走向实践哲学的理论建设。"教育在本质上是实践的"是这一理论建设的基本命题。这意味着教育问题、关于教育的理解应当在实践领域而不是仅仅在认识领域得到解决。教师的专业是教育,实践是理解教师专业并使其获得普遍认同的基础,是教师专业发展得以实现的途径。注重具体践行、具体内容成为教师发展学校理论建设的鲜明特点。教师发展学校建设中形成关于教师教育是教师专业意识品质的养成的基本主张,这一主张的根本性质使它拥有更大的解释力和学术空间,由此可以扩展为对于教育的理解:教育在根本上是意识品质的养成。
We form the theoretical construction toward the practical philosophy in the course of teacher development school construction. The basic proposition of this theoretical construction is that "education is essentially practical", which means that educational problems and the understanding about education should be solved in the practical field instead of cognitive field. The profession of teacher is educatiorL Practice is the basis to understand the profession of teacher and gain the universal identity, as well as the way to realize teacher professional development. To attach importance to concrete practice and concrete contents has become the distinct characteristics of the theoretical construction of teacher development school. In the construction of teacher development schools, we should form the basic proposition that teacher education is the cultivation of the quality of teacher professional awareness. This fundamental nature of the proposition has made it possess more explanation strength and academic space. Therefore, it can he extended to the understanding of education that education is fundamentally the cultivation of the quality of awareness.
