摘要
小汽车大量进入居住区已经成为趋势。由于国内尚未出台相应的停车规划导则,在实际建设项目中,对停车方式的选择有很大的随意性。本文在进行居民问卷调查和实例分析的基础上,从居民的主观需求和居住区用地等定额限制条件出发,提出根据“小汽车密度”选择停车方式,以及确定车库规模和服务半径的思路。并指出停车规划应有利于实现人车分流、提高居住区的整体环境质量。建议将有偿停车的部分费用,用于改善居住区环境,同时鼓励居民使用其它交通方式。
The rapid increase in the number of automobiles will inevitably affect life in residential districts. At present, the design and planning of parking spaces lack uniformity as no such design code is yet available in China.Based on several case studies and questionnaire surveys, this paper proposes the use of a new concept- 'car density' -as a design guideline for the way of parking, the garage size and the service radius in residential districts. It points out that the planning of parking spaces shall facilitate the separation of pedestrian and vehicular circulation and the enhancement of overall quality of residential environment. It is also suggested that part of the revenue from parking services can be used in improving the living environment of residential districts and that residents be encouraged to use other means of communication.
