摘要 PET/CT显像技术对影像学的发展产生了深远的影响,在临床上的应用也越来越广泛。但由于其显像原理的特性及操作上的不规范会导致所获得的扫描图像质量存在差异。例如,图像的伪影、示踪剂因素及肿瘤显像的局限性等。本文通过实践对这些因素的形成与解决方法进行总结讨论。 The emerge of PET/CT has been further influenced on medical imaging technology, which are more and more widely taken. However, the different quality of imaging of PET/CT has been resulted from the performanee of equipment and other faetors, such as factors of patients、imaging agents, artifact of PET/CT and defects of tumor PET/CT imaging, etc. This paper sums up these factors and discusses their technological manipulation.
