摘要
目的:探索通过提高ICU护士的主观能动性,持续提高其综合素质的方法。方法:围绕ICU护士的综合素质要求,通过对22名ICU护士进行1年的减轻工作压力、个性化指导、及时反馈与评价、开展形式灵活的培训、激励与营造学习气氛,提高主观能动性方法的实施,观察实施前后服务态度、服务质量、理论知识、医护患合作、沟通技巧的满意度变化。结果:实施后与实施前的满意度比较有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过提高ICU护士的主观能动性方法的实施,其综合素质明显提高。该方法可能为持续提高ICU护士综合素质的有效方法。
Objective: To explore the method of improving the nurses'comprehensive quality in ICU by enhancing their subjective initiative. Method: Focusing on the requirements of nurses'comprehensive quality in ICU, 22 ICU nurses were recruited, who were trained in reducing job stress, guidance of personalized, timely feedback and evaluation, incentives and competition, training of flexible forms and atmosphere of learning, which lasted for one year. Then the satisfaction with the attitude of service, the quality of service, cooperation of Doctor and Patients, theoretical knowledge and communication skills, which were evaluated in 2 times, before the training and after. Result: The satisfaction was significantly increased compared with the former, there was statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive quality of ICU nurses was significantly improved by enhancing whose subjective initiative. It is suggested that the method of improving the subjective initiative of nurses in ICU may be an effective way of enhancing their comprehensive qualities.
