摘要
目的:在牙本质过敏治疗前通过牙髓活力电测验来评估牙髓的状态进而确定治疗方案。方法:对322颗患牙及对照牙进行牙髓活力电测验,依据读数的不同分为A组和B组,常规进行脱敏治疗,观察疗效。结果:A组多愈后良好,B组多进行牙髓治疗。结论:牙髓活力电测验是检查牙髓生活状态的间接手段,通过此方法有助对患牙的治疗及愈后作出正确估测,从而降低临床工作中误诊误治的发生率。
Objective To make sure the scheme before treating dentine hypersensitivity and evaluate the condition of dental pulp activity with electrical test. Method Total 322 diseased and control teeth were tested with electrical test, and were separated to group A and B by the difference of reading. Desensitizing therapy was performed and results were recorded. Results Group A had good prognosis, but group B were treated with endodontic therapy. Conclusion Electrical testing of dental pulp activity ean make sure the condition of dental pulp indirectly, help for evaluating the treatment and prognosis of diseased teeth.
