摘要
分析和讨论了分布式光纤布里渊散射阈值的多参数理论分析模型,定量研究并得到了主要参数(光纤长度、光纤纤芯芯径、泵浦光线宽、布里渊频移等)对单模光纤布里渊散射阈值的影响变化关系,其中布里渊频移对阈值的影响变化规律具有重要应用价值。最后,基于布里渊阈值实验测试系统测量了3种不同单模光纤的布里渊散射阈值,实验结果与理论分析计算预测值吻合。
A theoretical multi-parameter model for the threshold calculation of distributed optic fiber Brillouin scattering is established and discussed. Key parameters affecting the distributed Brillouin threshold, such as fiber length, core diameter, line-width of the pump laser and Brillouin frequency shift, etc. , are investigated quantitatively. The effect of Brillouin frequency shift on the threshold has important value for the practical application. The Brillouin scattering thresholds of three different single-mode fiber have been measured based on the Brillouin threshold measuring system. The experimental results are well in agreement with the theoretical calculation.
