摘要
介绍2008年初广东电网冰灾受损、抢修复电及覆冰调查情况,分析空前冰灾对电网建设和运行维护的启示,并从加固改造现有运行线路、提高新建线路及电网建设标准、加强电网电源规划及协调发展、覆冰观测和融冰技术研究应用、应急供电系统的研究和建设等方面提出加强广东电网抗冰御灾能力的对策,指出电网冰冻灾害防御应从规划和设计、基建和技改、运行管理和科技应用等方面着力。
The paper introduced instance that facilities damage by ice, facilities repair and resuming power supply, and icing survey of Guangdong Power Grid and analyzed revelation of frost disaster to constructions and maintenance of electric power grid. Then the frost-recovery countermeasure of reinforcing and rebuilding was put forward, including reinforcing transmission line, improving construction standard of new building lines, enhancing programming of power grid and electrical source, applying technology of ice-observation and ice-thaw, studying and building emergency system of electrical power supply. The paper indicated that frost- recovery must centralize at layout and design, capital construction and rebuilding project, running management and technology application
