摘要
针对重庆桐君阁制药二厂的中药废渣的主要成份,选用黄孢原毛平革菌进行固态发酵。以发酵产品的可溶性蛋白与粗蛋白含量为指标,考察了发酵温度、pH、含水率、粒径、接种量以及不同辅料配比的影响。结果表明,黄孢原毛平革菌按35%(W/W)的接种量接种,底物含水率75%,pH值6-7,温度30℃,粒径为40目,用甘蔗渣和麦麸作辅料,中药渣:甘蔗渣:麦麸配比为14:3:3,固态发酵87 h,得到发酵产品粗蛋白含量平均增长66.6%。
The main component of herb-medicine residues from Chongqing TongJunGe Pharmaceutical Factory, was analyzed for selecting phanerochaete chrysosporiurn to solid-state ferment; herb-medicine residues. And the factors , which had influence on the content of soluble protein and crude protein in production, such as cultivate temperature, pH, moisture content, particle size. inoculated quantity and supplementary material proportion were also analyzed. The experimental results show that the average growth rate of crude protein of fermentation product is 66.6% , when bagasse and wheat bran are chose as supplementary material and the best technological condition is that inoculated quantity is 35%(W/W), moisture content is 75%, pH is 6-7, cultivate temperature is 30℃, particle size is 40 orders, the proportion of herb-medicine residues . bagasse and wheat bran is 14:3:3 and cultivate time is 87 h.
