摘要
E-F相位差信号是DVD光盘伺服系统用于循迹的重要信号。研究并设计了一种基于现场可编程门阵列器件(FPGA)的E-F相位差信号检测系统;介绍了系统设计原理,包括:光学头模型、循迹误差信号和E-F相位差的检测原理,并阐述了预处理环节、低通滤波环节、二值化处理环节和相位比较器。该检测系统通过QUARTUS软件进行逻辑仿真和功能验证,并基于数字伺服控制实验平台进行了实验,验证了E-F相位差信号检测的准确性。
E- F phase difference is one of the important parameters of DVD optical pick- up heads. Analyses and addresses a test method of E-F phase difference of DVD optical pick- up heads based on FPGA. Introduces the design methods of the system including: the model of the optical head,tracking difference and the principle of tracking error photo detectors. Expatiates the pretreatment aspect, the low- pass filter aspect, the binarization treatment aspect and the phase comparator and simulated the module with QUARTUS. Experiment displayed the accuracy of this presented method and system.
