摘要 带辅助环楔块式超越离合器不仅克服了常用超越离合器承载能力低、工作稳定性较差的缺陷,而且满足了大功率、高效率机械产品开发的需要。通过对其工作机理和工作过程的分析和描述,得到了其楔紧和退楔的条件,经仿真分析表明,该超越离合器具有结构简单、响应灵敏,承载能力强、稳定性高等特点。 The wedge typed overrunning clutch with assistant-ring not only overcame the defects of low load carrying capacity and of poor working stability of the commonly used overrunning clutch but also satisfied the needs of exploiting the high-powered and high-efficient mechanical products. By means of analysis and description on its working mechanism and working process the conditions of wedge caulking and wedge refunding were obtained. The result of simulation showed that this overrunning clutch possesses characteristics of simple structure, sensitive response, strong load bearing capacity and high stability etc..
