摘要 鞣质特别是药用植物中鞣质,日本的奥田拓男教授及其他研究者30年前开始着手进行研究,至今已分得数百种鞣质。特别是2000年以来,随着提取分离手段和波谱技术的不断提高,国内外鞣质类化合物化学成分研究进展迅速,新发现的鞣质类化合物数量之多、类型之广都超过了以往的总和,并且发现了一大批具有生理活性的鞣质类化合物,为其研究开发开拓了全新的视野。文中对2000年以来国内外对鞣质类化合物特别是具有生理活性的鞣质类化合物的化学成分研究进行分类汇总,为其进一步研究提供参考。 Tannins, especially the tannins in medical plants, were studied by Japanese professor Takuo Okuda and the other researchers 30 years ago. Hundreds kinds of tannins have been obtained now. With the development of isolation methods and spectrum technology, rapid extraction progress has been made on tannins, especially in resent years. A large number of new tannins with biological activities were found. This paper makes a summary of chemical constituents on tannins, especially tannins with biological activities, in order to provide references for the further research.
