摘要
液压管件作为某型自行火炮液压系统的一类重要元件,其机械性能在很大程度上影响整个液压系统的工作寿命。采用建模和仿真技术研究其应力分布,提出依据广义胡克定律建立液压管件在高强度载荷作用下的力学模型的方法,利用Matlab进行仿真分析,结合仿真结果对液压管件径向及切向应力的分布规律进行了探讨,对于液压管件的疲劳分析以及力学性能研究具有一定的参考价值。
As one kind of important component in some pattern self-propelled gun hydraulic system, to great extent the hydraulic pipe component' s mechanical performance influences the working life of whole hydraulic system. The distribution of stress is researched with modeling and simulation (M&S) technology. A method based on the theory of generalized hooke' s rule is suggested to build the mechanical model of hydraulic pipe component under the high strength load. The distribution regulation of hydraulic pipe component' s radial stress and tangential stress is researched according to the simulation result by Matlab, which has definite reference value for hydraulic pipe component' s fatigue analysis and mechanical performance research.
