摘要
为了实现自动地利用虚拟样机技术来分析飞机起落架的地面载荷,讨论了如何采用Delphi软件作为开发平台,结合Adams软件的参数化功能,设计起落架着陆仿真分析系统。主要论述了仿真分析和参数化建模的原理,程序化语言编写起落架仿真软件界面的方法,以及模型和数据库之间连接的问题。经实践应用证明,系统能够实现起落架的仿真模型和全机装配模型的自动化建立和结果分析,通过对某型起落架模型的对比分析,验证了该仿真系统计算能力的可信度。
To realize the ground load analysis of aircraft landing gear with the technique of virtual prototypes automatically, this article discusses how to adopt Adams and Delphi program as the development platform to design a simulation analysis system for landing gear. This paper mainly discusses the theory of simulation analysis and parametric modeling on Adams, method of programming simulation interface on Delphi, and data link problem on both of them. Application practice shows that the simulation analysis system could not only realize modeling of landing gear simulation and the whole aircraft assemblage, but also calculate automatically. The contrast result illustrates that the simulation analysis system has high reliability of simulation analysis and computation.
