新型电控电执行器自动变速器的研究

摘要 换挡操纵系统是实现变速器自动换挡的重要部件,其性能直接影响到汽车的操纵性和乘坐的舒适性。文中首先介绍了常见自动变速器换挡操纵系统的类型,分析了各种换挡操纵类型的基本控制原理,并指出了各种换挡操纵装置所存在的不足之处。在此基础上提出了应用电磁离合器的新型自动变速换挡操纵装置,并着重对新型自动变速器的基本结构、工作原理及其换挡控制进行介绍,最后分析了该自动换挡操纵装置的优点。经研究表明,此种新型自动变速器具有较好的应用前景。 Shifting system is important part of automatic transmission, its performance directly affect the maneuverability and vehicle ride comfort ability. First, this paper introduced the common types of automatic transmission shifting system, and analyzed the operating principle of each kind of shifting system, meanwhile pointed out the inadequacies existed in these devices. Based on these analyses, this paper proposed a new type of shifting device that using electromagnetic clutch, and particularly introduced the basic structure, working principle and shifting control of this new automatic transmission. Finally, this paper analyzed the advantages of the new automatic shifting devices. The research results show that this new type of automatic transmission has a good application prospect.
