摘要
目的不断提高通过认可实验室的检测水平,增强顾客满意度,使其持续符合实验室认可准则的要求。方法总结多年来工作实践中产生的质量管理经验。结果一是要从思想、组织、规范性文件三方面着手,持续强化质量管理意识;二是加大内部审核力度,狠抓纠正措施的实施工作;三是实施全方位监督,推进各部门质量职能的落实;四是贯彻质量管理中的全员参与原则;五是充分发挥"最高管理者"的领导作用。结论为通过认可后的实验室持续改进其管理体系提供了参考性意见。
Objective Constantly improve the level of detection ability, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet the requirements of laboratory accreditation criteria. Methods To sum up working experience on the basis of author's laboratory practice. Results Experiences are be summarized in five: First, continually strengthen the awareness of quality management from persorinel mind, organization, and regulatory documents. Second, increase the quality of internal audit, and pay close attention to the implementation of corrective measures. The third is the implementation of comprehensive supervision, and promote the quality of the functions of various departments, the fourth is to implement the quality management principle of all personnel involved participation. And the last is bringing into full play the strength of the top management leadership. Conclusions Provides reference to labs accredited to improve its quality management system continually
