摘要
我们今天正日益面临着虚无主义的现代性症候,这意味着化育个体健全的心智,乃是当下教育的要义之所在。问题在于随着古典知识即美德的转向,现代教育的知识旨趣越来越多地成了对力量的崇拜,导致现代教育在"力"的崇拜中的迷失。我们需要重申知识即美德,触摸古典教育的余韵,守护教育的形上芬芳,以弥补当下教育的内在缺失。
Today, we are increasingly faced with nihilism, a key symptom of modernity. This fact indicates it is in the cultivation of the individual＇s sound mentality that the essence of current education actually lies. But with the classical understanding that knowledge is virtue fading out, the knowledge interest in modern education has been becoming worship of power, in which the modem education has lost its direction. In light of this, we need to reaffirm this classical understanding of knowledge, relive and enhance the theme of classical education, and safeguard its metaphysical taste to make up for the inherent defects of current education.
