摘要 目的:通过对马缨丹的叶和花部位挥发油中化学成分的分析比较研究,为马缨丹的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马缨丹不同部位的挥发油,应用气相-质谱-计算机联用技术进行分析和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定各化学成分的相对含量。结果:从马缨丹的叶部位挥发油鉴定了48个化学成分;从花部位挥发油鉴定了45个化学成分;共有化学成分27个。结论:马缨丹的叶和花部位挥发油中主要化学成分都为倍半萜类化合物。 Objective: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Lantana camara L. in the leaf and the flower part. Methods: The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by means of GC/ MS, and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results: From the leaf and the flower part of Lantana camara L, 48 and 45 compounds were identified respectively. There are 27 same constituents in the two parts. Conclusion: The main compounds of Lantana camara L. belong to sesquiterpenoids.
