摘要
目的:通过对马缨丹的叶和花部位挥发油中化学成分的分析比较研究,为马缨丹的开发利用提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马缨丹不同部位的挥发油,应用气相-质谱-计算机联用技术进行分析和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定各化学成分的相对含量。结果:从马缨丹的叶部位挥发油鉴定了48个化学成分;从花部位挥发油鉴定了45个化学成分;共有化学成分27个。结论:马缨丹的叶和花部位挥发油中主要化学成分都为倍半萜类化合物。
Objective： To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Lantana camara L. in the leaf and the flower part. Methods： The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed and identified by means of GC/ MS, and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results： From the leaf and the flower part of Lantana camara L, 48 and 45 compounds were identified respectively. There are 27 same constituents in the two parts. Conclusion： The main compounds of Lantana camara L. belong to sesquiterpenoids.
