摘要
利用FMEA对塑壳断路器操作机构进行可靠性分析,制定出统计FMEA的标准表,并利用标准表对操作机构可靠性进行分析与研究。根据FMEA分析结果,进行系统关键零件的可靠性设计并进行可靠性增长试验。
The article analyses the reliability of the operating mechanism of circuit breaker based on FMEA, constitutes standard forms of statistics FMEA, analyses and researches the reliability of the operating mechanism through the standard forms. According to result analysis of FMEA, Proceeding the reliability design of system key parts and the reliability of increasing experiment.
