摘要
对宝钢4号高炉的节能降耗技术应用实践进行了阐述。通过对热风炉、TRT余压发电、水渣处理等系统的技术改造,节电、节水等节能降耗方面不断采取了改进和完善措施,实现高炉吨铁能耗逐步降低,取得了较好经济和社会效益。
The paper describes the practices of energy conservation and consumption reduction technologies in No. 4 blast furnace of Baosteel. The energy consumption of the blast furnace decreases step by step thanks to technical modification in hot stove, TRT, slag treatment, etc. and constant improvement of energy utilization, and a good economic and social benefit is achieved as a result.
