摘要
特高压工程技术(昆明)国家工程实验室是开展高海拔地区特高压交直流输变电技术研究的重要设施。为提高特高压实验室建设技术水平,全面总结了该实验室的建设思想和技术理念,指出其定位是为±800kV级直流和1000kV级交流特高压输变电技术服务,为设备国产化服务,具有重点解决高海拔问题、交直流兼备、强大的设备带电考核能力等特点;介绍了在试验场区设置、总平面布置、主试验设备配置及其参数选择等总体设计方面的考虑及特色,详细论述了特高压交流和直流试验线段、特高压交流和直流电网设备带电考核场、特高压户外试验场、特高压交直流污秽试验室、特高压交直流电晕笼、特高压交直流电磁环境生态影响试验场等各功能试验区的建设方案、设计思想和技术特点。
National Engineering Laboratory for UHV Engineering Technology (Kunming) is an important establish- ment for research on UHV AC and UHV DC transmission and transformation technology at high altitude. The authors comprehensively summarized the construction mentality and the technical idea of this laboratory. The general purpose of this laboratory is to support the development of ± 800 kV UHV DC and 1000 kV UHV AC transmission and transformation technology. It may also support the national manufacture industry and help solve problems related to high altitude. It has both UHV AC and UHV DC test facilities, with the powerful ability of long-term live testing for UHV equipments. In this paper, the consideration and the design feature on collectivity programming of the laboratory including the test sites scheme, the plane layout, the determination of testing equipments and their parameters, are introduced. The construction project, the design conception and the particular points of each test site including the UHV AC and UHV DC test lines, the long-time live equipment examination sites, the outdoor test site, the pollution laboratory, the corona cage and the electrical ecological consequence test Site are discussed.
