摘要
从实验上较全面地研究了LiNbO3:Fe的横向光生伏打效应引起的各向异性两波耦合,得到衍射效率随调制度和光强变化的规律,并观察了两波耦合的能量转移特性,实验结果与理论分析符合得很好.
Experimental results of anistropic twowave coupling generated by tansverse photovotaic effect in a LiNbO3:Fe crystal are reported.The experimental data of diffraction efficiency VS modulation and intensity of incident beams are presented and show good agreement with the results of theoretical analysis.The unique properties of energy transfer for twowave couling are observed and explained.
