摘要
文章通过对环境应急体系各个模块的功能分析和相互关系分析，提出应急体系对危险源、应急资源、地理环境等相关信息的各种需求；分析了GIS技术应用于环境应急管理的优势及途径，指出了GIS技术在环境应急管理系统中的位置、作用及应用范围，建立起GIS在环境应急体系中的应用构架；并尝试建立比较实用的环境应急信息管理系统。
In this paper, based on the analysis of functions and correlations of modules in environmental emergency system, we propose various system requirements for information related to danger sources, emergency resources and geographical environment. We analyze the advantages and approaches of the application of GIS technology in environmental emergency system, point out the position, role and application scope of GIS technology when used in the system, intending to build a practical environmental emergency management information system with a GIS application framework.
