摘要
采用水热法制备了CoFe2O4纳米粉体,利用X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱等方法对合成的样品进行了结构及性能表征。研究了水热合成条件对产物物相及显微结构的影响规律,并对水热制备的CoFe2O4纳米粉体进行后期热处理,探索了羟基对其饱和磁化强度、矫顽场强等磁学性能的影响。结果表明:采用优化的条件制备的CoFe2O4纳米粉体颗粒在70nm左右,其表面羟基的减少有利于其磁性能的提高。
CoFe2O4 nano-powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The structure and magnetic properties of the obtained CoFe2O4 nano-powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared trans- mission spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The effect of the technological conditions on the phase structure and microstructure of the CoFe2O4 nano-powders was systematically studied. The obtained CoFe2O4 nano-powders were annealed, and then the effect of the hydroxide radical on their magnetic properties was explored. These results show that the magnetic property is im- proved by heat treatment due to the decrease of the hydroxide radical.
