摘要
目的了解八年制医学生对于医学教学改革的认知情况及相关态度,探索学生参与教学改革的可行性。方法自行设计问卷,对北京大学医学部2003年级的233名八年制学生进行自填式匿名问卷调查。结果超过半数(51.5%)的学生认为结合以问题为基础的教学方法优于单纯采用传统的授课方法,接近半数(47.2%)的学生认为不应仅以学习成绩来评价学生,五成以上的学生认为早期接触临床(52.8%)/科研(53.0%)实践非常必要;绝大多数的(82.4%)被调查者认为学生在教育改革中起重要的作用;接近半数(44.6%)的学生明确表示愿意参加教学改革。结论学生对教学效果有一定了解,并有部分学生愿意参与其中。在进一步深化教学改革的过程中,可动员和组织学生参与,充分发挥学生的积极性和创造性,促进教学改革的良性发展。
Objective To investigate the perception and attitude of medical teaching reform among eight-year program medical students, and to explore the feasibility of involving students in medical teaching reform system. Methods By adopting self-designed measuring scale, a total of 233 eight-year program medical students of grade 2003 in Peking Uni- versity Health Science Center were surveyed with self-administered anonymous questionnaire. Results 51.5% of the students preferred combining Proldem - based Learning (PBL) rather than traditional teaching methods. 47.2% of them suggested test scores should not be the sole evaluation criterion. And more than half of the students admitted the significant effect of early-stage clinical ( 52. 8% ) and research ( 53.0% ) practice. 82.4% of them confirmed the important role that students played in teaching reform; 44. 6% of the respondents expressed their willingness to join in teaching reform. Condusion The students should be taken part in teaching reform. And creativeness and enthusiasm of students should be aroused in order to bring a series of benign development in it.
