摘要 目的寻找康莱特联合化疗药物(多西他赛,DDP)序贯治疗或同步治疗的最佳时机。方法MTT比色法。结果康莱特单药对人肺腺癌95D的生长有抑制和化疗增敏作用;康莱特先于化疗药物(多西他赛,DDP)加入对95D的抑制最强。结论康莱特体外对肺癌细胞有抗肿瘤和化疗增敏作用;康莱特先于化疗药加入优于二者同时加入。 Objective To investigate the sensitivity of KLT injection in combination with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells 95D in vitro, and find the optical time of their combination. Methods The sensitivity of KLT injection in combina- tion with chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to lung cancer cells in vitro was detected by MTF assay. Results KLT injection could inhibit the growth of 95D cells and increase the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs such as TXT and DDP to 95D cells ( P 〈 0.005 ). The inhibitory effect of KLT injection was much stronger than that of TXT and DDP. Conclusion KLT injection has anti-tumor effects and can sensitize 95 D cells to TXT and DDP in vitro.
