摘要
发展文化产业是提高太原市综合实力的有效途径,是提高人民生活品质的重要依托,是实现太原市科学发展的必然选择。实践中,由于受诸多因素的制约,如人们观念陈旧、产业意识淡薄、多元投资体制尚未建立,加之人才结构不合理等,使文化产业在经济总量、运作机制、资源配置等方面仍处于初级水平。要加快发展太原市独具特色的文化产业,必须创新文化发展理念,充分发挥政府服务职能,实施重大文化产业项目带动战略,打响文化品牌,把更多的文化产品推向国际市场。
The development of Taiyuan＇s cultural industry is an effective way to strengthen the city＇s comprehensive power and improve the quality of people＇s life, and so it is a logical choice for the development of the city. At present, Taiyuan＇s cultural industry remains in the primary stage in every aspect due to outmoded notions, indifferent awareness of industries, a lack of multiinvestment and the irrational structure of personnel. To step up the development of the cultural industry with a unique style of Taiyuan, we must undertake innovation in ideas of cultural development, give full scope to government＇s functions, launch major projects to lead the industry as a Whole, and bring more excellent works to international markets.
