摘要
中国文化产业发展实效可用居民文化消费来衡量。"十五"期间,城乡居民文化消费总量和人均数值均增长8成以上,人均文化消费占收入和总消费比重也有较大增长,标志着中国已进入文化消费加速上升期。但"十一五"头两年间,居民文化消费总量和人均数值增幅、文化消费占收入和总消费比重均持续下降,相当一部分地区农村居民人均文化消费呈现负增长,城乡之间居民人均文化消费的差距迅速扩大。至"十一五"末年,居民文化消费增长不容乐观。
The effect of China's cultural industry development can be measured by the residents' cultural consumption. From 2000 to 2005, the gross cultural consumption per capita by urban and rural residents has increased by 80 %, and the ratio of cultural consumption per capita of the residents to the income and total consumption also have increased largely. This indicates China has been experiencing a period of rapid growth in cultural consumption. However, in 2006- 2007, the growth rate of the gross cultural consumption per capita has fallen incessantly, and the ratio of cultural consumption of the residents per capita to the income and total consumption has also fallen steadily. In many areas, the cultural consumption of the rural residents is negative. The gap between cultural consumption per capita by urban residents and rural residents is widening. The growth rate of the residents' cultural consumption by the end of the llth five year plan, i.e. by 2008 to 2010, is not optimistic.
