摘要
分析了双离合器式自动变速器中干式和湿式离合器的特点,着重对影响干式双离合器性能和寿命的因素进行了分析,其中滑摩导致的温升是影响的关键。建立了双离合器式自动变速汽车起步过程传动系统动力学模型,采用双离合器起步控制策略,进行了摩擦副压盘滑摩功仿真计算。利用ANSYS分析软件进行了摩擦副压盘瞬态温度场、重载坡道重复起步时压盘温度变化及压盘热容量对温升影响的仿真分析。
Characteristics of both the dry and wet clutch in the dual clutch automatic transmission (DCT) were analysed. The influencing factors of the the daul dry clutch performance and lifetime were especially researched, and the temperature rise caused by the clutch sliding was proved to be as the key factor. The powertrain dynamic model was established for the DCT vehicle launching process,and the friction work of the pressure plate friction pair was also simulated based on the DCT launching control rule. The transient temperature field distribution of the friction disk and the temperature changes in the pressure plate under the repeating heavy duty hill start process were analysed in ANSYS. The effect of the pressure plate thermal capacity on the temperature rise was also analysed herein.
