摘要
探讨了ＤＣＳ１２００Ａ型牵伸变形机上等离子喷涂陶瓷盘改用国产全陶瓷盘的可行性，对影响锦纶ＤＴＹ加工的稳定性和内在质量的因素进行了对比实验。结果表明：ＤＣＳ１２００Ａ型牵伸变形机在纺中、粗旦丝时，使用全陶瓷摩擦盘更有利于ＤＴＹ加工的稳定性及提高产品的内在质量。
The feasibility of the plasma spray porcelain disc changing into the whole porcelain in the DSC 1200A drawtexturing machine was approached.The comparative test of the effective factor on the stability and internal quality of the processing for the PA6 highly elastic yarns was carried out.THe results show that when spinning medium or heavy deier on the drawtexturing machine,using the friction disc of the whole porcelain is more advantageous to the processing stability of DTY and the improvement of the internal quality.
