文章介绍了妊娠期及产褥期脑血管意外的类别及诊断提纲,提出其诊治需要多学科合作,特别是产科和神经内科、神经外科密切合作协同处理。及早发现、诊断和治疗是治疗成功的关键。
The paper presents the classification and diagnosis outline of cerebrovaseular events in pregnancy and puerperium are the acute and serious disorders which endanger mothers and infants. Multidisciplinary cooperation, especially between obstetrics and neurology, is necessary. The vital to success is early detection, diagnosis and treatment.
