摘要 通过钻孔抽采瓦斯是煤矿治理瓦斯的重要手段,我国煤矿井下每年瓦斯治理的钻孔工作量超过1.5亿m,这些钻孔主要使用国产设备、采用回转钻进的方法完成,最大钻孔深度已达到865m。从钻孔层位、抽采目的考虑,抽采钻孔主要分为顶板高位钻孔、沿煤层钻孔和穿层钻孔。针对不同类型的钻孔,提出采用相应的不同型号的钻机和成孔工艺,并分析预见了未来2年在软煤钻进和定向钻进方面可能取得的成果。 The gas drainage with boreholes is an important means to control mine gas. The total borehole drilling length for the mine gas control in China underground mines was over 150 million m/year. Those boreholes drilled were mainly completed with the domestic equip- ment and the rotary drilling method. The max length of a borehole was reached to 865 m. In consideration of the borehole drilling strata level and the gas drainage purpose, the gas drainage boreholes were mainly divided into the roof high level borehole, borehole along seam and borehole cross the strata. According to the different type boreholes, the paper provided the related different type drilling machines and the borehole completed techniques. The paper predicted that the achievements would be obtained in the soft seam drilling and directional drilling in the near coming 2 years.
