摘要
为了预防煤巷掘进过程中发生煤与瓦斯突出事故,根据相应的技术规范,针对三软突出煤层中煤巷掘进防突的特点,对马池煤矿11031运输巷掘进中的效果检验钻孔、超前释放瓦斯钻孔、超前卸压控制钻孔、巷帮挂耳抽放钻进行了参数设计。采取防治突出技术措施以后,经效果检验发现:钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q的最大值由9.5 L/min下降到3.2 L/min;钻屑量S的最大值由6.3kg/m下降到5.4 kg/m。
In order to prevent the coal and gas outburst accident occurred in the seam gateway heading, based on the related technical codes and according to the outburst prevention and control features of the seam gateway heading in the seam with soft roof, soft coal and soft floor, the parameter designs of the effect inspection borehole, pilot gas releasing borehote, pilot pressure releasing control borehole and gas drainage borehole driller at the gateway wall hanger were conducted for the 11031 transportation gateway heading in Machi Mine. After the outburst prevention and control technical measures taken, the result inspection showed that the max value of the gas emission ini- tial velocity q in the borehole was decreased from 9.5 L/min to 3.2 L/min and the max value of the cutting quantity S was decreased from 6. 3 kg/m to 5.4 kg/m.
