摘要
目的旨在了解目前青少年学生的心理健康及教师干预现状。方法采用Rutter儿童行为量表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对中小学生及大学生进行心理健康调查,另通过自编的教师干预问卷了解教师对学生心理健康的干预现状。结果接受调查的826名小学生中,存在行为问题的儿童达73人(8.8%);接受调查的初中生324人,心理不健康的58人(18%);接受调查的高中生284人,心理不健康的63人(22.2%);大学生参与调查339人,心理不健康53人(15.6%);教师干预调查中,接受调查的教师为387人,就"父母离异,学生情绪波动较大"这一问题,教师选择"从来没有关心过此类事情"的占87.9%,教师认为学校开展心理健康教育"没有必要"的占79.1%。结论需要加大对学生的心理健康的关注力度,教师对学生心理健康的干预意识以及具体行动的落实均不令人满意。
Objective To know the current situation of young students' mental health and teachers' intervention. Methods Through the Rutter Scale and SCL-90, primary school students, middle school students and college students had a mental health survey, and through self-compiled Teachers' Intervention Questionnaire, the current situation of teachers' intervention was under-stood. Results Among 826 Stuclents, primary and secondary school students, the students with behavior issue accounted for 8.8 percent; among 324 surveyed middle school students, the number of student who had mental health was 58, accounting for 180% ; among 284 surveyed high school students, the number of unhealthy students was 63, accounting for 22.2 percent; among 339 college students participated in the survey, 53 students were unhealthy, accounting for 15.6 percent. We surveyed 387 teachers. On the issue, "parents divorced, students appear volatile emotions", teachers choose "has never been concerned about this problems" accounted for 87.9 percent and teachers thought that "there is no need" to mental health education in schools accounted for 79.1 percent. Conclusion We should increase the strength of concern about students' mental health. Teachers' intervention to students' mental health, as well as awareness of the specific implementation was not satisfactory.
