摘要
应用商业化的FLUENT软件对超临界600 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的流场进行了模拟,以验证整个热循环回路流场的均匀性和二次风流场分布等。结果表明,数值模拟与理论分析较吻合,认为超临界600 MW机组CFB锅炉设计方案是可行的。
The flow field in a supercritical 600 MW boiler has been simulated by using the commercial FLUENT software, to verify the distribution of flow field, including flow field uniformity of the entire thermocycling loop and the distribution of secondary air. Results show that the numerical simulation tallies well with the theoritical analysis. Thus,the designed scheme of CFB boiler for supercritical 600 MW unit is feasible.
