摘要
研究生创新团队是实施教育部研究生教育创新计划的新尝试,是对研究生教育创新计划现有项目类型的创新,也是强化研究生创新能力培养的重要途径。研究生创新团队的发展需要充足的内部动力、必要的外部条件、科学合理的支持服务和激励引导机制,通过对现有研究生创新团队效率、投入、持续性等方面的研究,逐步形成以"整合构建、支持服务、考核评估、激励引导"为原则的研究生创新团队培育体系。
The establishment of postgraduate innovation teams is a new attempt inimplementing the innovational plan of postgraduate education enacted by the Ministry of Education. It is an innovation of the present research types as well as an important way to enhance the innovation ability of the postgraduates. The development of postgraduate innovation teams need sufficient internal power, essential external conditions, scientific and reasonable support and service and incentive leading mechanism. By the study of postgraduate innovation teams＇ efficiency, devotion and sustainability, a training system is gradually constructed with the principles of ＂integration and establishment, support and service, assessment and evaluation, encouragement and guidance＂.
