摘要
在当代中国社会主义实践中,改革、发展、稳定、和谐作为历史过程中的主题,每一个都是逐步显现和突出出来的。30年来,中国社会以改革带动发展,以改革和发展保持稳定,而改革、发展、稳定要求和谐既是历史实践的实际过程,也是相应的理论观念的演化过程。改革、发展、稳定、和谐相互制约和相互推动,以发展为主线,而发展归根到底是依靠人和为了人,是以人为本的。坚持以人为本的改革、发展、稳定、和谐的互动机制,既是中国人民在社会主义理论与实践上的创新,也是中国特色社会主义建设逻辑的深化和发展。
In the contemporary socialist practice in China, the reform, development, stability, and harmony, as the theme of the course of history, each highlights step by step. They, in a certain historic stage, become the subject of practice, and then become the subject of the theory. In 30 years, China＇s society shows that reform promotes development, reform and development maintain stability, and then reform, development and stability require harmony. It is not only our actual historical practice, but also the evolution of corresponding theory. Reform, development, stability, and harmony mutually promote and restrict in the main line of development that relies people are people-orientated in the long run. The interaction mechanism of reform, development stability, and harmony adhering to be people-oriented is not only innovated in socialistic theory and practice by Chinese people, but also the logical deepening and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
