Based on the principle of making stirred yoghurt, genuine yoghurt featured by rich nutrients, unique taste and the healthcare effects of mung bean and longan was prepared with quality fresh milk from Huishan's home farm by Lactobacillus fermentation, with the addition of appropriate amounts of sugar, skimmed milk powder, stabilizers, mung bean paste and longan pulp.
