本文将企业财务管理中常用的"雷达图"分析法应用于医院绩效分析,可以形象、直观地反映出医院绩效的总体状况和各指标在行业中的水平,对医院管理者来说是一种非常实用的医院管理工具。
This paper apply the method of radar chart analysis which in common use enterprise finance management to evaluate the hospital performance, can with the image, keep the view ground the total condition and the level in each index sign＇s experienced industry which reflects a hospital performance,to hospital governor to say that is a kind of very practical hospital management tool.
