摘要
目的评价肉桂挥发油对离体子宫收缩的作用。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏提取制备挥发油;采用小鼠离体子宫收缩模型评价其生物效应,60只小鼠随机分为试验组和对照组,继而分为1个中位剂量组(n=6)和6个浓度倍增组(n=4)。试验组给予肉桂油提取物,对照组给予等体积的溶媒。结果肉桂药材挥发油对小鼠离体子宫收缩频率和幅度有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05),其ED50为22.75g/ml,95%可信区限为15.90~135.21g/ml。结论肉桂挥发油对小鼠离体子宫收缩具有明显抑制作用,其效应成分及作用机制有待研究。
Objective To evaluate the effects of volatile oil of Cassia Bark on isolated uterine contraction in mice. Methods The essential oil was extracted from Cassia Bark by steam distillation. 60 nonpregnant female mice were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. Then 7 subgroups were divided according to the standard dosage ( n = 6) and double concentration experiment ( n = 4). The mice' suteruses were taken out for the experiment. The effects of the essential oil in inhibiting the contraction of isolated uterus of mice were observed. The uteruses in experimental group were given essential oil from Cassia Bark, while the uteruses in control group were given isovolumic dissolvent. Results The essential oils from Cassia Bark could obviously inhibit the frequency and amplitude of contraction of isolated uterus of mice ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The ED50 was 22.75 g/ml,95% fiducial interval was 15.9 g/ml - 135.21 g/ml. Conclusion The essential oils from Cassia Bark can inhibit the frequency and amplitude of contraction of isolated mice uterus, but its effectice component and mechanism need to be studied further.
