摘要
为准确、实时地协调空气净化机控制系统外围模块的运行,研制一种基于PIC16C877单片机的新型空气净化机。利用单片机的PWM输出信号调节直流风机的转速,由TMR1实现实时时钟定时和校对功能,通过手动按键控制系统运行,并由LED指示系统运行状态。新型空气净化机创新之处在于综合利用活性炭吸附、HEPA过滤和高压静电处理三种空气净化技术,能有效去除空中的悬浮颗粒,杀死细菌病毒,吸附室内的甲醛、苯等有机物,并散发出有利于人体健康的负离子。样机试验表明:系统运行稳定,操作简单,性价比高,净化效果理想。
A new air purifier is designed with PIC16C877 in order to control the external modules accurately and real-timely. It controls the speed of DC-motor by PWM output signals of singlechip, realizes the real-time clock timing and proofread by TMR1, and also indicates the running status by LED. The innovation of this air purifier is taking the comprehensive utilization of active carbon adsorption, HEPA filtering, and high voltage electrostatic process field. As a result, it can effectively remove suspended dust, kill the bacteria and virus, clear up the dusty gas, and it also give birth to some negative ion which is useful for people' s health. The experiments show that the system is stable, simple, high cost-performance and effective.
